COVID-19 Announcement

​​​​​​​We are now open! After a few weeks of running a “normal” schedule, we have started to ease into our new routine. Here are a few things you should know:
​​​​​​​

• If you have an existing appointment scheduled, it will likely be changed at least slightly to accommodate our longer appointment times. We will call you to change and/or confirm this and we will require a positive confirmation at least 24 hours in advance to keep your appointment. If you haven’t responded at all, we cannot guarantee your appointment.

• We have added extra providers and hours on Fridays temporarily to help with the backlog of appointments.

• When you come in for an appointment, there are spots numbered in the front parking lot nearest to the road. Please use one of those. When you arrive, please call the front desk and we will check you in from your car. Someone will be out to get you when your provider is ready.

• We have implemented many new safety measures due to COVID that you will see when you arrive. They include segmenting rooms, Ultra high-efficiency air purifiers by IQAir that filter air particles down to 0.003 microns, new PPE for all providers, and new traffic flow through the office.

As always, you can expect the highest quality of care from Reaves Dental, but please be understanding with appointment times as we work through catching up. We are truly excited to see you all back!
