Our Staff

All of the staff are trained to provide professional and courteous service.Their purpose is to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible.  And they are committed to providing you with the highest level of dental care.  They all have CPR training and attend many hours of continuing education seminars. They are able to answer questions you might have regarding your treatment, scheduling and many other issues that might arise.

Our front office team is composed of Karin, Patty, and Kayla. Their job is to make your dental experience as effortless as possible. Together they coordinate scheduling, insurance benefits and financial issues.

Our hygienists are Jeanette, Bridget, Pamme and Chris.  They have extensive training in recognition of and treating gum disease. They are passionate about hygiene, love educating their patients and helping them achieve optimal oral health. They understand the important relationship between good dental health and good overall health.

Cathy and Kelly are our dental assistants.  They assist the doctors so that your appointments run smoothly and on time.  They enjoy working with our patients to make them feel comfortable in the dental setting.

Karin

Karin is our Financial Coordinator.  Her job is to assist you with your insurance needs and help with any financial issues. Karin has been in the dental field since 1988 and is proficient in all aspects of assisting patients with scheduling, insurance, and other financial needs.

Christina Burgy

Christina is an Adirondack High School graduate and single mother of two boys. When not at work she enjoys spending time doing any kind of outdoor activities and being with friends. Although new to the Dental field, she has 15 years experience in the medical and customer service industry. Christina is always happy to answer any questions and help in addressing any issues or concerns patients may have.

Patty

Patty is our Scheduling and Account Coordinator. Patty has provided excellent customer service in the former office in Clinton since 1989 and continues to do so in our new office. She handles everything from scheduling to insurance.

Kayla

Kayla is our newest team member, starting with us in 2015.  She is new to dentistry, but not to helping patients.  She has spent the previous seven years in the pharmaceutical field.  She is ready to help with any questions you may have with scheduling appointments or our office in general.  She will certainly be happy to help in any way she can, and make you feel like one of the family while she does it.

Jeanette

Jeanette is a 1993 graduate of Broome County Community College Dental Hygiene School. Jeanette is a member of the New York State Dental Hygiene Association and the Mohawk Valley Dental Association where she is the current treasurer and past secretary. She was served on the Broome County Community College’s Dental Hygiene Advisory Board from 1994-2000. She is currently on the SUNY Canton Dental Hygiene Advisory Board.

Pamme

Pamme joined our practice in 2012. We were lucky enough to find Pamme after she moved to the area from San Diego. She has practiced Hygiene all across the country and has quickly become a valuable member of our team. We think you’ll warm up to her winning smile the moment you meet her.

Chris, who is also a registered nurse, has been with Reaves Dental Practice since 2013 and will be sure to wow you with her sweet sincerity. Her knowledge of dentistry is broad and she will help you keep your teeth happy and healthy for years to come.

Bridget

Bridget has been with Reaves Dental Practice since she graduated from Hygiene school at Monroe Community College in 2006, and has continued to impress ever since. She is thorough and gentle and will make sure you feel comfortable at every visit. Her patient care is second to none.

Cathy

Cathy has been a dental assistant since 1981. She graduated from Monroe Community College in 2010 as a Certified Dental Assistant, enabling her to make temporary crowns and attaching orthodontic wires. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimum oral health and improving their smiles. Her experience provides clinical skills in all aspects of general dentistry, including dental implant surgery.

Kelly

Kelly has been with Reaves Dental Practice since 2009. She has many years in the customer service industry and brings her cheerful smile to each and every person she encounters.   Kelly assists the doctors in everything and anything dentistry.  She will certainly greet you with one of the biggest smiles you’ve ever seen when you walk in the door.
